All orders are handcrafted and prepared with great care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the design and complexity.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, or other reliable courier services. The shipping method is selected based on your location and the fastest available service. Shipping is FREE worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canada & Europe — Customs and Import VAT

Orders shipped to Canada and Europe may be subject to customs duties and import VAT charged by your country when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or in free shipping, and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the true value of every parcel and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Shipping Restrictions

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their local laws and import regulations. Ancient Forge is not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or refused by customs or local authorities.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
