At Ancient Forge, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Before sending any item back, please contact us first for approval and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
